Jungle Book Reimagined was created by Akram Khan Company, me and my team were commissioned to create the animation and video design for this new interpretation of the classic story.

An epic undertaking, the project brought together 11 animators to create more than 50 minutes of original hand-drawn animation.

Much of the animation is projected onto a holographic gauze screen, creating a visual world that the live dancers interact with throughout the performance and bringing the animated and physical worlds together on stage.

By the end of 2023, the production had toured to 47 cities across four continents.
