Paderewski Remixed was a 60-screen video installation telling the extraordinary story of Ignacy Jan Paderewski — one of the world’s first international superstars, who went on to become the first Prime Minister of independent Poland.

The installation was commissioned by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and premiered at Budapest’s Müpa concert hall and arts centre.

I was commissioned to develop the creative narrative, produce the video content and design the visual composition of the installation. The canvas for the work was created by stacking vintage Sony Cube monitors into sculptural formations, creating a series of fragmented and shattered screens throughout the gallery space.
